Trent now getting sacked once every 20 dropbacks.

Brady 1 every 20.875

Manning 1 every 15.2

Romo 1 every 15.1

Favre 1 every 22.2

Garrard 1 every 9

Losman 1 every 12.5

I think this is a huge stat even though i am not that big of a stat guy. Basically it is how many dropbacks till you have a 5-10 yards penalty of being sacked.

Just goes to show you just how bad Losman really was. Tons of time and he still couldn't make anything happen. I heard somebody on the radio today mention that any NFL quarterback can pick apart a defense if they had good protection. We saw firsthand with JP that this isn't true.

:tip: a tip of the hat for our 0-line, they really are doing better.

It helps that trent has better awareness, but i've seen trent stand back there and stretch with all the time he's getting from the O-line. Pass protection has really done well. Hopefully they can keep it up throughout the course of the season.

All that money's starting to pay dividends. Hope they continue to improve every week.

It feels great to have a decent OL in Buffalo for once!
