Don't recall if this has already been posted.

Part of the agreement between the Bills and run-stuffing DT Sam Adams is that Adams will participate in the team's offseason program. This is significant because Adams, who played for the Raiders last season, never has been considered a great workout guy. Adams, whose weight is estimated to be about 350, has told the Bills he wants to lose weight and make a life change so he can be healthy when his playing days are over

Good news. Seems that Adams is really dedicated this year. All that talk about him not showing up for mini-camps or not practicing seems to be not true or Adams has changed for the better.

GodI hope so. I participate in offseason training just to stay alive. Getting paid for it would be too cool.

This is probably one of those "incentives" Sam was initially whining about . . .

Great to hear.

We're still gonna be refering to him as Sam "the Ham" Adams, and Fat Pat Williams.

It's time to pay the Bills, and we only take Silver (or Platinum - whatever the Lombardi Trophy is made of).
