I could see allowing all the teams bring back 1 player from the IR per season at any point, I don't see that as a big deal. <!--IBF.ATTACHMENT_1219015--><!-- THE POST -->

I'd like to see the refs not blowing the plays dead so quickly all the time and let it play out first.

If it has to be called back, no big deal. Otherwise there's no way to know what could've resulted after a fumble if it's called dead to start with.

A 5 yard roughing the punter penalty.

Less roughing the QB penalties.

Remove the force out rule. It's ******ed.

Referee's hired on a full time basis. I'm pretty sure that there is enough money in the till.

1) De-unionize the officials. They're part time and call one game per week. They don't deserve union representation.
2) Harsher penalties on officials that don't call a fair game.
3) Allowance of NCAA-style penalties on teams that cheat, i.e. banned from the playoffs.
4) Holding penalties reduced from 10 yards to 5. As it stands now, once that penalty is called the drive's pretty much dead and you might as well punt right now. The result is that we waste game time with desperation plays that don't ever make it (except, oddly enough, against the Bills defense).

There are some others but I think they should be tried in other leagues first because they're really weird and experimental.

On a punt, the ball has to land inside fair territory before going out of bounds if not its a 5 yard penalty.

No more Timeouts after the kicker is set up
Lessen celebration rules
ability to challenge all calls

1. Once the players are set for a kick no timeouts allowed. You want to "ice" the kicker, fine, but you have to do so before the players are set.

2. Less roughing call period. Its football. You dont want to get hurt dont play. They have on 20 pounds in protective gear dont be pussies.

3. After a victory the strongest player on the losing team gets to punch Tom Brady in his big super gay face one time.

Eliminate the stupid ancestry worship of measurements.
Get a damn laser and if the spot passes the laser, its a first down.

Quit this wacky "challenge" procedure.

One official does it all. Announces. Runs around. Reviews and announces th decision.

Let one guy announce the challenge while one guy reviews the replay. He then relays it to the same guy and he announces the decision.

What we have now is some idiocy wherein one guy does it all while we watch stupid cialis commercials with random people sitting in bathtubs inappropriately positioned in ridiculous locations.

If you win a challenge, you get it back. Period. No limits. If you lose a challenge, you don't get it back, and it's a 15 yard delay of game penalty, not a time out.

Take away the ability of a coach to call a timeout. It's pointless. They can scream into the QB's headset to call time out, why do they need to be able to?

I’d like to see the standard defensive pass interference penalty changed to 10 yards and an automatic first down. Call a spot of foul variant only when the defender is in a position where he could not make a play on the ball.

I hate seeing a 50+ yard penalty called on an under thrown pass when there is minimal contact.

On the flip side, the PI yardage should be added to the QB's passing totals, and the WR's recieving totals.

Refs getting fined and then fired after a set number of blown calls per season.

15 yards for a pass interence or a spot foul under 15 yards.

Clock stops inside 2 minutes of each half after a 1st down while the ball is being set.

Force out is legal.

Patriots only get 2 downs and after every play the opposing team gets to punch belicheck in the nuts one time

A 5 yard roughing the punter penalty.

Maybe they could call it something that sounds less strong - like "running into the kicker"...

Each player gets his own shot at him as well, lol.
