Authorities believe the death of a San Francisco 49ers fan at Monster Park was accidental and took place when the man misjudged a leap on the the upper concourse.

The unidentified fan died Sunday after falling 20 feet from an upper concourse level ramp, police said.The 31-year-old man took a break from the game with about 2:30 left in the first half and went to the exterior of the stadium to hang out on a ramp between sections 7 and 5, said San Francisco police Sgt. Neville Gittens.

Police said he climbed up to sit on a ramp wall but misjudged the wall and plummeted 20 feet to the mezzanine level, landing on his head.

There is a significant difference between this fan falling and Sean Taylor. The fan did something stupid. I have little sympathy.

Yeah ok it ws a pretty "stupid" thing to do, but i cant see how you could laugh at someones death. Its beyond me.
