I was going through some old "SHOUT!" magazines and I found an article about our under-rated Phil Hansen. He was always a force on the DL who was over shadowed by the big DL from Virginia Tech (my favorite Bill of All-Time). I met Phil 4 or 5 times and he was an extremely approachable and down-to earth guy.

Anyways, I was wondering if anyone knew what he was up to or if he was involved with the NFL anymore?

This story from 2004 (http://www.buffalobills.com/display_cont.jsp?cont_id=247209) indicates "he officiates high school and college football and high school basketball games. In addition, he is North Dakota State’s radio color analyst during its football season." It appears he might still be doing the radio thing as this site (http://www.impactgiveback.org/about/GivebackChampionAward.aspx) which as best I can tell was written some time in 2006 claims that he also owns and operates his own landscaping business.
