Eagles over Cowboys

I did not see the entire game being at work but the game was on and saw parts of it. Tony Romo looked like he did most of game against Buffalo - confused. TO was as ineffective as he was against Buffalo.

Yeah they did not have a lot to fight for and if they continue they will flare out like 15-1 Vikings did.

Romo hurt his thumb and was having trouble gripping the ball. He missed several throws he would normally make to open receivers, and the thumb appeared to be an issue.

I give the Eagles a lot of credit. They did a great job with pressure (4 sacks) and stuffed the run, putting Dallas in a lot of 3rd-and-longs. They were very physical and a lot of Cowboy players got banged up, although none appeared too serious (C Andre Gurode is still uncertain with a knee injury). They took the game to Dallas and had them on their heels all day.

However, the sprained thumb Romo was suffering from definitely effected him and he missed some opportunities to hit big plays.
