All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
I remember that one fateful day when Coach took me aside. I knew what was coming. "You don't have to tell me," I said. "I'm off the team, aren't I?" "Well," said Coach, "you never were really ON the team. You made that uniform you're wearing out of rags and towels, and your helmet is a toy space helmet. You show up at practice and then either steal the ball and make us chase you to get it back, or you try to tackle people at inappropriate times."
It was all true what he was saying. And yet, I thought something is brewing inside the head of this Coach.
He sees something in me, some kind of raw talent that he can mold. But that's when I felt the handcuffs go on.
This is from the Message Boards at buffalobills.com:
This is the miracle of the season for me, folks. In all my years in the health professions, I never thought I'd witness a miracle like the one we are going to see on Sunday.
Kevin Everett is going to WALK on the field of The Ralph with his teammates and all the love of a region around him. This man, this wonderful man... endured a lot of hardship as a player in Buffalo. Then the unthinkable happens. Then he is in the right place at the right time with the right doctor who was willing to risk his entire professional career to fight for what he thought was the right treatment for Kevin (Dr. Cappucino).
Now he is going to WALK on the field and give us his presence and come back to us and share in his success and miraculous recovery...
Frankly, the rest of you can nit pick about x's and o's. The ONLY thing that matters to me is that this IS a season of miracles because Kevin is coming to his second home... a 'home' he will always have in his heart to share with the people who love him and care about him as much as anyone.
God Bless you, Kevin. I'm grateful you would come back to The Ralph and bless us all with your fighting spirit at this time... the holidays.
As far as I'm concerned, no Super Bowl ring could come close to comparing the joy of being able to SEE your miraculous and continuous recovery.
Thank you, Kevin!!!

Go Bills!
Go Sabres!
JP Losman, your time is up!
2007 Standings:
Buffalo Bills 7-9
New England Patriots 18-1*
My gf got me tickets, too. Will be pants-*****ting drunk by 1130am.
PS These tickets we got are a lot smaller than the tickets I got to the Jets home game. Are they season tickets? Is there a difference between sections or season tickets, etc?
