We Still need to sign someone to Practice Squad!

I have been confused by this all year, on why it takes our FO so long to make moves, Placing guyz on IR takes usually 2 weeks, also bringing guyz on to the PS takes 2-3weeks, weird, u would think they would want him in here so they can learn the system and potentially be prospects for us next year

To me this is importand cause Fred Jackson and Jason Peters are both former PS players

Here is were it stands now, and we are allowed 8 with the NFLE exemption of Watts but have only carried 7 all year with Watts bein the 8th, again i dont understand this at all, is this FO again or what?

Can any one clear this up?
After we promoted Blake Costanzo we r at 6, that means we carried 7 the whole time with Watts being NFLE exemption

Well much like Fred Jackson and Greer, our FO is very stubborn when it comes to giving players like that a shot at performing in real game situations.

If those injuries never happened we'd be stuck with Webster and Dwayne "Oops I fumbled again" Wright

It just doesnt make sense to me why they wouldnt be signing prospects to contracts when the league allows them too, get a project WR in here or TE or DT or C or G or etc
