All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
There is work to be done and things to be learned. We are going to try to get the old look back - or something close to it. We also know there are bugs. A thread will be started to report bugs and then we can pass those onto the host.
Thank you for all the patience and support with this - hopefully this will greatly reduce the crashes and other site issues we have had lately.
Please use this thread to report any issues you come across

No doubt about it, our offense is getting better, even if people say otherwise. We got a decent line and a pretty good back now all we need is to get a freakin' TE and a #2 receiver. I think if we can get some more production from thsoe two spots, it will open up more of the game for Trent and Marshawn.
We should be running the hell out of him this week... if they're gonna bring the heat early then get them on draws and counters... as well as screen passes. We'll get them in contain mode real quick if we use Marshawn properly. No way he should have under 120 total yards vs. the giants.
1000 yards a season= 62.5 yards a game. that's nothing special.
Granted, Lynch is a rookie and he did miss a few games, so that qualifies it a little.
But still, it's a false assumption to think a runner or a receiver is good just because they hit some artificial 1000 yard plateau.
Lynch is averaging 85 yards per game. Over a 16 game season, that's 1300+. That's a pretty damn good season. Also, he's been pretty consistent. It's not like he's had 3 - 4 great games to inflate his stats. He had games of 153 and 107. Outside out that, he has been around 80 every game. I wish he would have been used more in the passing game, but that's not really on him. I don't think we could have asked for much more from Marshawn this year.

Yes and No. If he showed excellent potential/reliability in the passing game, it SHOULD force the O-coordinator's hand to use him more often that way. It's not like there is a ton of great options for him to beat out in the passing game with one good receiver and 0 good TE on the roster.
