They did cheered him Spacek put him through the boards. Spacek was in BEASTMODE tonight. He is Umbergered that dude in the corner...it shouldn't have been a penalty. Best game of the year by the Sabres. It could have easily been worse than 3-2 for the Flyers. Sabres were in playoff mode.

He's still a part of Buffalo he still works for Camp Good Days here in Buffalo and he had purchased a suite inside the HSBC arena and he had hats and shirts made up for the kids saying the "Briere" bunch and he's also helped out a second grader kid that couldn't read (watch the video) excellent story this brought tears to my eyes when I watched this.

It was because of the Sabres that they went to arbitration. Danny said what he wanted, which was more than reasonable, and the Sabres wouldn't pay it.

I agree. Drury never looks happy whenever I see the Rangers play. He's overshadowed. He doesn't like it. In Buffalo fans loved him and his shared captaincy with Briere. On the Rangers it's all about Jagr and Gomez. Drury had to flip a coin and a hockey puck just to keep number 23 because Gomez wore it on New Jersey. You barley ever hear about Drury. Everytime the Rangers are playing you constantly hear Gomez.
