Because of the change, the Giants' rushing total no longer is the most in the league since 1959.

A loss is a loss no matter whether it sets a record or not.

Did you include the -5 yards for Reuben Droughns? It is about total yards. Maybe you took math lessons from keithtr? ;)

Lewis and Co had 343 yards rushing against Cleveland in '03, Peterson and others had 378 against San Diego earlier this year...

The Giants rushing total against us is no where near a record, or the most since '59.

They were talking about a Giants record. Remember Giants were in the league in 1959.

I am familiar with that game but they are talking about Giants' record. I agree the editor did a poor job of writing that article from AP report.
