It is Vikings' Adrian Peterson (1,305 yards) vs Eagles' Brian Westbrook (1,291 yards) with Peterson having a slight lead by 14 yards. Personally I'd rather Brian Westbrook get but not at expense of Buffalo. Peterson has only averaged 36 yards over the last three games so I think Westbrook definitely has an advantage with him playing at home and Peterson playing in mile high city but Vikings have more to play for needing win and help to make playoffs. Neither Broncos nor Bills run defense has been playing well lately so it has more to do with offenses than defenses. Vikings also get to see how many yards Westbrook gets first too for Bills have 1pm game and Broncos 4pm one.
Of course Clinton Portis (1,158 yards) could tear thru Dallas's defense like butter and ruin both rushers' plans.
