No video Cameras allowed in the stadium

Sabres Mike Gilbert director of media relations for the Sabres, said today that Video Camera(s) and regular camera(s) will not be allowed inside the stadium and if you do bring one security will consifcate it at the gates around the stadium and you will not get your camera back. If you would like the Sabres will have a DVD coming out of the Winter Classic in 2-4 weeks for $10 and you can purchase it either at the Sabres Store in HSBC Arena. They will also be available online at www.sabres.com, or at the HSBC Arena Box Office. all proceeds from the sale of the DVD will go to the Buffalo Sabres Foundation.

I think this has something to do with the NHL and nothing to do with the Sabres

you know the rules,

- Additional clothing and blankets (if carried loosely)
- Bags no larger than 12"x12"x12"
- Binoculars
- Cameras with lenses of six (6) inches or less
- Food - unopened, single serve containers carried in clear plastic bags
- Seat cushions 15"x15" or smaller
- Small, pocket-sized electronic devices such as radios or hand-held TV's (fans will be asked to turn them on for inspection)

nope, I just edited his post. He was correct. Partially. You can't bring video cameras into the stadium. Cameras were allowed, but video cameras and cameras with extra lenses were not.
