this game is very exciting for obvious reasons. It's funny, despite both teams having locked up a playoff spot there is a LOT on the line tonight.

Just curious are you a pats fan.

I'm getting old. This may be the best team I ever see play...or all of us for that matter. More power to them as far as I'm concerned. Maybe someone at OBD could sign-up for their summer boot camp or something.

Owen DeBoard

I am a firm believer of cheaters never win. This is not the best team I have ever seen. Good teams dont need to cheat to win.

They did it in week one. You can say every team trys but they havent been caught unlike the Patriots. Its funny how the whole media makes a big deal about this team being one of the best ever but never brings up the spy-gate scandal. That should never be forgoten no matter what week it happened in. If you are found guilty then you are guilty.

they were caught because another coach called them out...a coach that was on their staff last season I believe.

the pats really are such a dirty classless group of jerks.

if any pats get hurt i will smile and laugh. if the team plane crashed into an orphanage i'd consider it collateral damage (the orphans that is).

i expect at one point there to be an nba style ref corruption thing and the pats to be in on it.

how can any Bills fan EVER root for this team? Aside from the whole cheating thing, they've made our lives miserable for the last 6+ seasons. They humiliated us twice this year, once on national TV, and because of them we start every season 0-2.

If we won 13 games this season, we'd STILL be starting the playoffs on the road because of these ****ers.

I hate the Patriots and everything about them.

no doubt that incident cast some serious scrutiny upon them throughout the season. I doubt they engaged in any of those types of activities out of fear of being caught a second time and having stiffer penalties.

that doesn't change the fact that they make our lives miserable. These guys are our rivals. We should ALWAYS root against the Jets, Patriots and Dolphins and when they play each other, we shoudl root for whoever is worse or whoever's victory helps the Bills the most.

This team is dirty- aside from cheating, they took the cheap shot on JP and both Wilfork and Vrabel have been fined for separate incidences. Tom Brady is a baby daddy who cries about everything (*waah, where's my Cadillac", "wahh, my picture was in the ad for three extra days" etc). Bellicheck is an egomaniac and the entire team is a bunch of mindless automatons who buys into his crap about getting "no respect" despite the fact that ESPN and NFL network and every other sports media outlet constantly kiss their ass.

There is absolutely nothing to like about this team and I don't ever remember a team less deserving of their success.

Apparently I've missed all these calls that the refs are giving NE.

The non-call with Plexiglass, that some say shoulda been interference...Plexiglass intiated the contact.

The hold on Toomer, he only ripped the guy down.

I bet the refs made Eli throw it right to Hobbs too!

Christ, when it comes to football does biased hatred make objectivity impossible?

This NE team is either the best of second best team I've ever seen. 1985 Bears the other.

Is that possible? (for Gumbel to be worse) Seriously?

yeah... this game it was possible to listen to him. typically he's much much worse.

i remember last season in a game he called for the falcons he had a series where he... 1) called michael vick "Matt Vick", 2) proclaimed a Vick incompletion a "perfect pass" (it was 20 feet over the guys head), then 3) on a 20 yard vick sack/loss, fumble, defensive td, his whole commentary for the play was "Vick drops back... he's scrambling... and throws the ball away to avoid the sack. (10 seconds later) Touch down for the defense! Wow. what a play!"

yeah. no kidding. what was hilarious was the defender had to run 40 yards to reach the end zone... and the idiot gumbel was talking about 4th down, and what a smart play it was by vick to throw the ball away.

meanwhile the cameras were following the defender (a DT or DE) lumbering down the field with the ball...

To this day i don't know how he thought vick threw the ball away... as i don't even recall seeing vick pump faking on the play...

Later in that same game when the falcons had a 3rd and 10 incompletion and the defense was called for a def holding penalty, he proclaimed "that penalty won't be enough yards to get them a first down, they'll still have to punt" and i felt my IQ drop 10 points.

his color commentary guy was struck speechless as well i might add... as you could hear him trying to figure out the stupidity that gumbel just spewed.. before staggering out after 10 or so seconds of awkward silence with a "well actually, that's an automatic first down"

unreal... i mostly mute games on nfln with that clown

that doesn't change the fact that they make our lives miserable.

What about the Jets?? You have a love fest going with the Jets:idunno:

Nothing like the lovefest you've got for the BILLS, that's for sure!
And F the jets, the NFC and the rest of the AFC! :gobills:
