Overall I would say that he did a great job this year. The guy had to deal with more injuries than any other defense in the entire NFL.

But if he could improve on something, it has to be getting off the field. I can't count on all my fingers and toes how many times we have forced the offense into a 3rd and long and they get the first down. Whatever he was calling didn't work.

We also need to play a LOT more man-to-man next year. Our little softass zone killed us this year.

Hopefully we'll be healthier next year, and pick up one or two players. Even with that, he needs to refine some of his schemes to attempt to get better production.
