Unbelievable.
Too many constant changes won't get good Free agents in to become Bills.

 that a stellar GM sets the bills on a winning record.

Ralph Wilson has to bring in a top knotch GM to keep the bills on the up.

When you keep hiring crap that has to be replaced every few years then this is the result. I'm for change, but only if they make the RIGHT choice this time. This goes for the head coach too.

Absolutely!

Marty Schottenheimer good HC choice. But, he will want more team control.

In my mind, Marv Levy righted the ship, and the reins need to go to a savvy, battle tested General Manager! Floyd Reese is perfect for this post, and his track record is stellar. Reese is also confident enough to keep Marv "in the loop" going forward. Again, Buffalo Bills fans owe a debt of gratitude to Marv, IMHO!!

Marty has history with buffalo as a player. I wouldn't be surprised if he ended up in buffalo in some capacity.
