if we "clean house" like a lot of you are hoping for, we might be losing any little bit of momentum for the oncoming years as we have gained after the mularky debacle. over and over and over and over do i see on here "get rid of everybody!" well guess what? we may just end up turning into what the dolphins were this year. we're a young team who is getting used to ideas. lets change everything theyve learned, expect them to dominate with it in 2 years, then fire everyone again when they dont learn it fast enough and start all over.
