From my point of view, the Bills did alright this season. They were within a couple of games of the playoffs. They overcame a lot this season. Jauron is a solid HC but there is still a question about whether he can take a team all the way. Your new OC needs to do a better job than the last.
The Bills have a solid OL, good young RB, potential at QB, and one good WR. Not enough to be a great team but a good foundation to build on. It's similar on defense. Not enough players yet, but there is a solid core.
If the current core continues to develop, one good offseason can put the Bills in the playoffs.
For us Fin fans..... we will have a few seasons to wait..... At least the current misery is over.
