Seen some scattered threads on this but here's a place for all to chime in. Yes, some are totally against the idea of rooting for anyone else but their team, but for the rest of us jaded fans who are receptive to the idea of pulling for another club just for a temporary basis, who will you root for?

Mine is Green Bay mainly since I married into it.

Anyone but Dallas and NE. If that ends up being the superbowl, I might not watch it. OK, I still will, but I won't like it!

Green Bay. Brett Favre is a hard guy to not root for

I think it is a given that the Pats win the whole thing though. Soo much talent, and good luck just seems to follow them all over this year :sigh:

If the Giants weren't in it, I'd root for GB. But they'll prolly get knocked out early, so GB is next in line.

I wouldn't Mind seeing Fletcher-Baker make it deep. He was a great player here and while I understand why he wasn't resigned I still am a fan of his.

**** Fletcher Baker

Why, because he left for a contract that no one else in their right mind would have offered him?

Jacksonville for sure. Might be the hardest hitting defense in the playoffs and they're my 2nd team besides Buffalo.

I have to agree with some other posters...Anybody who plays against New England and Dallas, and I usually root for underdogs.

I agree. I wouldn't mind seeing the Bucs go far either, although there were way too many bandwagon fans after they won their superbowl. I hope the Jags kick the crap out the Steelers, and then beat the hell outta New England.

The Colts, hands down. Classy organization. Kind of the anti-Patriots.

Since Cleveland didnt make it, the Patriots if for nothing else then to shut Mercury Morris up

I will be rooting for who ever is playing the Pats and Cowbots too. And, then whoever beats them.

And, I will also be pulling for the Colts when they aren't playing the Pats, cuz I think they have the best chance to beat them in the AFC title game.

AFC is San Diego, I like LT

NFC is Greeen Bay. If this is Favre's last season (again) it would be best for him to win it all one last time.

Ya know I am sick and tired of Dallas being called "Americas Team"!

Most people I speak to would root for the Pack over Dallas any day. I think that Green Bay is the true "Americas Team"

NFC: Packers

I like the Colts, but since they have won before, my choice in the AFC would be the Jags.

Yeah, like I believe in that.

Giants have always been my #2 team, so of course I'm hoping they do what my #1 team couldn't. I do however, love Brett Favre, so I wouldn't mind seeing GB kill SD or NE in the SB.
