Josh Mcdaniels, OC New England Patriots.

Well rounded has spent time as a personell assistant, defensive assistant, QB coach, and now OC.

Just the young energetic offensive minded coach we need imo.

McDaniels joined the Patriots in 2001 as a personnel assistant. From 2002 to 2003, he served as a defensive coaching assistant for the team, working with the defensive backs in 2003. In 2004, he became the team's quarterbacks coach. After offensive coordinator Charlie Weis left the team following the 2004 season, the Patriots went without an offensive coordinator for the 2005 season, though it is suspected that McDaniels called the offensive plays for the season^[1]. After the season, McDaniels was officially promoted to offensive coordinator, while retaining his responsibilities coaching the team's quarterbacks.

Id be thrilled to see that, but it aint gonna happen because WIlson loves his puppet Jauron.

McDaniels would be the PERFECT coach for this team, I've never posted about it because I know it won't happen.

This could be another case of the Randy Moss Offensive Coordinator Syndrome. See: Brian Billick with Minnesota Vikings.

Explosive offensive mind supposedly... Did win Superbowl but with stellar D, not O. Baltimore hasn't had an offensive presence under Billick's tenure. May be an unfair comparison for McDaniels, but it's undeniable he has a world of talent in NE.
