Josh Mcdaniels, OC New England Patriots.
Well rounded has spent time as a personell assistant, defensive assistant, QB coach, and now OC.
Just the young energetic offensive minded coach we need imo.
McDaniels joined the Patriots in 2001 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2001_New_England_Patriots_season) as a personnel assistant. From 2002 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2002_New_England_Patriots_season) to 2003 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2003_New_England_Patriots_season), he served as a defensive coaching assistant for the team, working with the defensive backs (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Defensive_back) in 2003. In 2004 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2004_New_England_Patriots_season), he became the team's quarterbacks (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quarterback) coach. After offensive coordinator Charlie Weis (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charlie_Weis) left the team following the 2004 season, the Patriots went without an offensive coordinator for the 2005 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2005_New_England_Patriots_season) season, though it is suspected that McDaniels called the offensive plays for the season[1] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Josh_McDaniels#_note-0). After the season, McDaniels was officially promoted to offensive coordinator, while retaining his responsibilities coaching the team's quarterbacks.
