    New GM possibility: Polian's son?

i know Bill Polian has had two of his son's on the colts for several years working under him. They obviously have seen first hand how to put the colts together and have been good talent coordinators, and they still play part of the BUffalo community as former St Francis guys.

Any chance one of these guys gets a chance to come back to Buffalo as GM?

That would very likely depend on the polians and ralphs ability to mend fences. I wouldnt hold your breath.

great every response was noted! Yes, No, and maybe.

i feel like maybe with all the time that has passed that ralph will probably be the bigger man about this. but the Polian kid would be 1. cheaper than a proven guy, 2. and have a marquee name, 3. would have something to prove.
            4. probably would work with the good that has already been laid down and cut the weak aspects.

It would have been nice if we could have kept Dad.

Ralphie's biggest mistake was letting Polian go. It still haunts him and this team.

Indeed Ralphie tends to burn bridges and makes little efforts to ever mend them.
