9:31 PT: The Associated Press, citing reports in the Tennessean, reports the Tennessee Titans organization agreed to participate in an April Fool's gag with WTVF-5 sports director Hope Hines. Hines led Monday's broadcast with a bogus report that the Titans had traded QB Steve McNair and RB Eddie George to the Cincinnati Bengals for RB Corey Dillon, the No. 1 pick in the draft and another draft pick. The report included an interview with coach Jeff Fisher, who said "April Fool's" at the end of the interview. Hines said it was Fisher's idea to include George in the bogus trade. McNair and George were notified prior to the broadcast about the gag.
