Big Changes in the AFC EAst

Miami makes major changes by adding Parcells and Jeff Ireland as the GM, who did some incredible drafting in Dallas.

The Jets look like they're bringing in respected Raiders Defensive Coordinator Ryan. The Raiders usually suck but usually have a tough defense.

Now the Bills are looking for a GM and Offensive Coordinator..

Big changes or what in the AFC East? Looks like Miami and the Jets realize they got a ways to go to catch up the New England.. Let's hope Ralph feels the same.

He will be sure to not spend to much on any player or coach so he can be buried with all his money

I don't care about the Dockerty contract. We get one of those kind of signings every 4 or 5 years and that's it. The rest of the time we watch talent come in and out and very few end up staying.

True...wouldn't it be nice if Ralphy had a vision and it said to do everything possible to win a Championship before he dies??? That would be great!

Dude is what, 91? How much longer do you think he's going to live? Don't you think the sense of urgency for him, if that was the case, to make a winning team before he croaks, would've been 5-some years ago? I mean...he's lucky to have been alive this long. He has no urgency to win, if he cared about that he would've done a bunch of things different.

This offseason Ralph can stick to mediocrity and status quo at OBD, or show fans that he means business. And that means getting a respectable OC who knows how to utilize talent, a respectable, competant GM, and a stud #2 WR and TE. Not to mention a C, DT, LB, and CB.

Apparently there needs to be big changes cause the Phins, jets, or bills have a bit to do to topple the pats....or maybe an act of God.

Josh McDaniels is a candidate for the Baltimore job. He is only 31, but if he were to get it the Pats would be looking for a new OC.
