Sorry, but we need a GM and an OC plus a lot of players. Marv did an excellent job of putting us in a situation to succeed moving forward.

Cam Cameron is the top OC available. He will not come here on the cheap so Ralph will have to open up the purse strings to get him.

GM is by far one of the most critical positions so taking it lightly is a mistake. I'll be the first to say that Overdorf is the only guy that I would trust internally but we should be looking outside.

I'll tell you right now if Guy is our GM and Turk becomes our OC I'm going to be ripping Wilson until he's pushing daisies.

Ralph has a real chance of making two solid moves before going into FA and the draft.

He better not be stupid.

Hiring an OC is the job of the head coach, not the owner. Unless you want Dan Snyder as your owner.

Hiring a GM will be tricky. If you hire someone from outside the organization, there is a good chance you be looking for a new coach and then a new philosophy and all new personnel and we will have to go through this rebuilding all over again.

we don't agree majority of the time, bit I agree 100% on this. Greghead, Mularkey Fairchild. I'm almost sure Dick isn't a top paid HC, but so far he's worth the value.

When it comes to any decision, past failures, by us or others, can't be a factor. Every decision should be made on its merits alone. Every "way to go" has succeeded and failed at some point. Every option, as far as general philosophy, should at least be on the table.

Sometimes you succeed simply by hiring good people, regardless of their reputation or past accomplishments.

While I do agree, we also learned that hiring a big name FA GM is not a magical fix.
