Jones-Drew does most of the work and Taylor gets the easy TD.

Immaculate Deflection by Pittsburgh followed by Immaculate Inteception for Jacsonville for a TD by a player who has caught only one this year. This play also includes a penality on interception by defense enforced on kickoff.

Jacksonville on top 14 to 7

I don't know if he was tagged, but the anouncers said he wasn't. They should have just used the hair thing. I would have liked to have seen that happen for the first time ever.

Yeah I would have too but NFLPA would have objected and we would have a new rule.

Oh and now we have a FG missed in both playoff games.

Watching this, Jax has the best shot out of anyone to beat NE IMO.

I totally agree! Nobody in the NFC really has a chance...

Jacksonville does but Pittsburgh is not as strong as they look. They are burning resources to stay in this game.

I completely agree SC. IMO they have a much better shot than most let on.

NE's D really isn't all that marvelous. It's good, but they really had an easy schedule, particularly of offensive teams, and those good ones that they did play hung some points on them.

Their running game also ain't great. It's good, but not great.

It's purely the passing game that carries that team, and if Brady doesn't have a killer day, anyone's in the game. Brady had 3 or fewer passing TDs in 11 of 16 games.

Jax has a great run D. If they can shut down NE's rushing game and hold Brady to 2 or 3 TDs, then they can win easily with their ball-control type of play.

Interception again by #7, this time by a rookie DT.
21-7 Jacksonville at half.

If the weather is rotten in NE next weekend and Jax plays them, it will be EXTREMELY interesting. Brady didn't put up huge numbers at the end of the season in NE when it was nasty outside against two bad teams, the Phins and the Jets. I don' think anyone in the NFL can run on Jax with too much success.

Funny how Gerrard got up from slide on 12 yard run and threw defender attempting to avoid hit him on slide.

Heckuva near-comeback.

I like the result, though, and let's root for San Diego to win tomorrow and allow Jacksonville to go get their hands dirty dethroning the already-crowned Patriots.

Both of those teams are so good in the trenches. The AFC is so much better than the NFC right now. I though it was starting to even up, but after watching both games today, there's just no comparison.
I hope Green Bay takes the NFC...
Packers vs. Jaguars would be cool.

Great game. I really do see Jax as the darkhorse in the playoffs. If they keep running the ball well and limit mistakes, they have a shot of winning a title.

Jacksonville has always been a decent team since coming into the league. The part that makes us bills fans like them is they have a smaller market then us and actually simulate what we would like our team to be.

4-3 D with a big line
Great running game to control the game and tempo.
Big play ability in time of crisis.
