Throwing out a name for OC

While I'd prefer an experienced guy I thought throw out a name. Jeremy Bates currently serves as the Broncos QBs/WRs coach. The reason am tossing his name out is he has a history of working with the WCO which as stated elsewhere could be a good fit for Edwards and Lynch. At 31 he could be a young mind that could be worth pursuing as he's also worked under Gruden in Tampa Bay as their QB coach during the brief time Brian Griese was there. I'm again not saying his my first choice but thought would toss his name out there. Thoughts?
