Re: Please be seated for this one
Good. I hope he gets the job. He will certainly build the Dolphins into the kind of powerhouse he had in Buffalo.Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?

Re: Please be seated for this one
Gregg Williams had problems here in Buffalo to be sure. He was, I think, pretty insecure when all is said and done. He hired almost exclusively young assistants with relatively little experience. He bragged. "This team right now can win the Super Bowl." And when the going got tough he circled the wagons and got very defensive. Why young assistants? I think he was afraid of assistants that might know more than he did. Why brag the way he did? Often braggarts do so to deflect from their own fears of inadequacy. And of course he got defensive because he couldn't handle the pressure. Still, he's a brilliant Xs and Os guy when it comes to defensive football. If he can learn to be more comfortable with himself and correct the errors he made from the get go in Buffalo, I think he can be a successful head coach.I've made up my mind. Don't confuse me with the facts.
I'm the most reasonable poster here. If you don't agree, I'll be forced to have a hissy fit.
