On CBS show Sunday Charlie Casserly, former GM of Washington, talked about 2008 season. One of the things he talked about was who had salary cap room next year and Bills were NOT listed in top 5. Perhaps they will repeat it but I did not get the list of teams that were in top 5.

Charlie Casserly knows more about salary cap than most of the internet specialists who speculate with little facts.

The bills were 3rd in space during the last week of the regular season.

That number likely changed with bonues, escalators....etc.

Maybe its because he already decided how hes going to eat all of our current cap space up with his future signings :$:

I would figure that the cap room would be more since JP didn't earn a bonus for playing time. I would figure that would be one of those likely to be earned bonuses.

Maybe since the Bills spend cash to cap and not by the rules set by the NFL they only wanted to mention teams that do not go cash to cap since it will not matter for the Bills.

the league still calculates the value for each team.
