So I didnt get the GM job

I just cant figure out why exactly, I mean my resume is solid, and my cover letter was the bomb. Here you guys take a look and tell me what you think;

Dear Ralphy,
I have no experience as general manager but I sure as **** have gotten more picks right in the past 3 years then the collective asshats at OBD have in the past 10, why not give me a crack at it. You know I figured you guys hire just about anyone anyways, so what the hell and if we suck we can just raise ticket prices again!
