I've listened to plenty of Otters games. He voice is more annyoing and he is a HUGE whine bag. Every two seconds there is a bad call, or a no call, or etc...

I've actually discussed this with my dad before and we both agree. I like the guy and all but I usually don't make it through a full Otters game without making note about his style. Good thing I don't have to listen very often.

No, I think RJ is the best in the business. However, just because his son carries the same last name, that doesn't make him just as good.

You should be a Bruins fan than. I listen to the Boston's games when nothing else is on and Jack Edwards is bigger homer the White Sox announcers. According to him, there is a penatly every time a player even looks at a Bruin or the Bruins are getting ripped off some way or another. It is very annoying. He don't just say it, he screams it.

The only go thing about NESN is the picture quality is a lot better even in Non-HD format.

OMG! Those White Sox announcers have to be the worst I have ever heard. Not only are they boring but they are the biggest homers around. I want to strangle "the Hawk" everytime I hear "He gooone!".
