and yet again for the NFL or for the Bills? For example the Bills don't necessarily need a QB with our first pick. Therefore I'd rate a guy like John David Booty a better prospect for the Bills (ie a guy we could take later that's best suited as a backup but has some skills that could make him a borderline starter should Trent Edwards falter ) but for the NFL in general Matt Ryan ranks higher.

Though because in general think you mean for the NFL so here goes:
