Most of the Jaguars' offensive staff reportedly wants to cut ties with underachieving wideout Matt Jones.
The No. 21 overall selection in the 2005 draft has shown glimpses of becoming a starting caliber receiver, but is too inconsistent. Coach Jack Del Rio has reportedly stuck up for Jones to this point, but it wouldn't be a surprise if the Jags shop him for a mid-round pick during the offseason.

His inconsistancy does scare me but he's only been in the league 3 years. Plus he's a huge RZ target, something this team needs more of. His work ethic has been questioned in the past, though, and that's the type of player the Bills may shy away from.

I like his size and speed but didn't he talk about retiring last year?

If he's cut and doesn't require a pick I say take him.

The former QB drops A LOT of passes. No thanks.

Only if we can get him really, really cheap.

Id consider moving him to TE to be perfectly honest

6'6, 232, he'd need to put on some more weight, but he's got ideal size. One thing he's struggled with in JAX is getting separation, he could become a hell of a TE if he's open to the idea.
