FYI

I spoke with a ticket sales rep today at OBD and he said the Toronto game would most likely be the SF or Seattle game late in the season.

Does anyone realize that games late in the season have playoff implications and what if, and this is a big if, we actually are pushing for a playoff spot and we need to win this key game, and it's going to be played in Toronto, on a neutral field. How does everyone feel about that?

It's not a neutral field in Toronto. It sucks losing a late season game that could have playoff implications at the Ralph but those fans up there will be mostly Bill's fans. We can't complain, if there were more people that weren't bandwagon fans in the Buffalo area they wouldn't be going to Toronto to boost fan base and revenue.

Just a question....say Buffalo is out of the playoff race in December (gee, like THAT would ever happen...) would anyone in Buffalo go up to Toronto to see the Bills play a meaningless game at the end of the season?

One thing that sucks is I'm usually in town visiting family around the holidays and I've made it a tradition to go to a home Bills game while I'm in town...I know that most of my family are Bills fans, but they're not about to go that far out of their way to go see them. And it would be very iffy for me to go either. Lets see...see a team that has nothing to play for, or go see the Sabres IN BUFFALO once or twice for as much as you'd spend going up to Toronto and what not....

Just my thoughts...

Hmm..how about this. We play a New England game in the game in Toronto...think about it....you got the Canadian Bills fans probably buying up the tickets the stupid NE fans would....that could work in our benefit!
