I haven't watched this whole game in so long. It's painful.

I may kill myself if I ever watch it again. I was there and still can't decide if I hate Kelly or Norwwod more.

Could the fact that Kelly's lack luster play was the reason Norwood was put in that situation sway your opinion?

Marv screwed us and Norwood. We had plenty of time to get another play off and get the ball closer & in the middle of the field for Norwood. Marv screwed the pooch in that SB and all of the others.

a broken catheter is less painful than watching that game again.

I loved that LB core! They all had slightly different skills, but all were beasts.

I saw it the first time. Unless Norwood's field goal splits the uprights, I'm never watching it again.

It's even more painful when you factor in Dan Dierdorf babbling through the whole thing.

Why would you put yourself through that kind of pain?

If he makes that kick, do we go to the three Super Bowls after that?

Would you rather we win SB XXV and not go back to another one, or would you rather have us to go four straight but lose them?

Win the first one. That should be a no brainer...

Every time I watch it again, deep down inside I still hold out hope that he'd make that kick this time.

Same here...

I am sure a lot of people do.

I keep hoping that maybe the past 17 years had all been one big nightmare, that Norwood had in fact made that incredible game winning field goal, which led the Bills to a Super Bowl victory, and they won the next 3 as well to go down in history as a super power dynasty.

That and Tom Brady actually lost that fumble to the Raiders and there's no Tuck Rule, and the Patriots went on to be become the bottom licker of the league for years after that.

This wasn't kelly's fault-if anything it was Andre Reeds fault. way too many drops.I watched it-it was kind of cathatic. First time I watched since that night-still bitter-the better team didn't win. We just ran out of time

Did anyone ever see the NFL Films version where they had Norwood actually making that kick? I haven't seen that one in a long time!

I just can't do it.

First of all god bless the NFL network. It was a nice suprise to see that they played the whole 3 hour game ( I thought at first it would be like the edited one hour NFL replay games they play during the regular season). I DVR'd it and sat and watched the whole thing Friday night. I'm 29... so I was only 12 when I watched it in real time in 1991.

On one hand it was really cool to watch the game now that I'm older and understand football much more than I did when I was 12. I'd forgotten how good the D was ( particularly Jeff Wright who had a monster game... he'd be perfect in the tampa 2 scheme we have now.. . he was a great penetrating pass rushing DT)

On the other hand it was such a powerful experience reliving it again ... maybe too powerful. Having to re open that wound and experience those emotions again... this time as an adult... it really messed my head up all weekend. I couldn't stop thinking about it . Per the previous comments, while the 4 super bowls in a row was a nice story... looking back I certainly would have taken the win in XXV over going to 4 in a row and losing.
