Yea I saw that hit by Ruutu on Kovalchuk. I don't care what he says, it was definately a deliberate attempt to drop a bomb on the other team's best player. I doubt his truly intended to injure, but he still stuck that leg out to clip Kovalchuk. Should be a suspension in my opinion.

That was not intentional the only reason it was knee to knee was because Kovy got out of the way for the most part. Even the Thrashers announcers didnt think it was intentional. Shame Kovy is hurt but Hockey is a man's game this happens all the time.
