Keep in mind that "Buffalo Bills" as in Buffalo Bill Cody can be used as a nickname. So "Toronto Buffalo Bills" could work. They could also do an L.A. Angels thing like "The Buffalo Bills of the Golden Horseshoe." Another option is to come up with a new related name like the "Toronto Buffalos" and kep the same logo.
