    HOF Finalists

Former Redskins CB Darrell Green, Vikings WR Cris Carter, and NFL commissioner Paul Tagliabue are among the 17 finalists for Saturday's Hall of Fame election.
Green, a first-ballot finalist who could probably still run a 4.4 forty, is a virtual lock to get in. Carter retired in 2002 as the second leading receiver in NFL history, behind only Jerry Rice. Tagliabue oversaw the NFL during its most prosperous time before retiring in 2006. Art Monk, Andre Tippett, Richard Dent, and Derrick Thomas are among the other finalists.
I guess Reed either didn't make it or just isn't on this particular list.

Cris Carter? He's a piece of crap.

The only ones worthy on that list are Reed, Kuech, Green and Guy.

The rest were journeymen who either hung around on crappy teams, or were lucky enough to be on a SB winner.

You think Reed was better than Carter?

Yes he left us too soon, but Andre Reed should go into the HOF before Thomas.
Thomas was pulled in the only AFC Championship game he was in when he was run over by the Bills in 1993-94 season.

Cris Carter was a good receiver, but there's no way he should go in this year and be elected on his first year of eligibility. He's not THAT good.
