Gosder Cherilus and Sam Baker last until the second round?
Carlson taken in the 2nd round?
I saw McShay moved Avery up because of the Hester effect. :check:
I don't see us taking Davis over an Ali Highsmith.

McShay makes me happy I'm an Outsider. He has ZERO credibility.

McShay makes me happy I'm an Outsider. He has ZERO credibility.

McShay was pretty close on some of his mock predictions over the past few years. He's got a decent eye for talent and has had some realistic viewpoints on various player profiles.

I have been wondering quite a bit lately about the possibility of Parcells taking a QB right off the get go if he thought one was good enough in this year's draft. Then McShay changes his mock to show Ryan first...kind of strange.

This will throw the picks off from how we think they will play out if Dorsey were to go first.

Didn't read it but I really think Kelly is going to be the pick....

I just hope that it doesnt mean that Evans is gone after this year.. If we draft a WR at #11, then spend our FA money other needed areas.

Don't sign a guy via FA, then draft another one in round one, it will be painfully obvious then that they have no intention on extending Evans.

Personally I think we'll take the opportunity to trade down get an extra R2 picking up someone like Adarius Bowman - 6ft4

With our first two picks I'd like to see DT Pat Sims, followed by DT Dre Moore. Both big young DL who can get to the QB or tie up the OL to let our ends loose. Both are huge upgrades over what we currently have and its not unheard of to go DT in R1 and R2

While there's been a clamour for a TE, I think we can get value here in R3, and I can understand the desire to upgrade over Elison but thinking of how the front office may think, it will be cheaper to upgrade LB in Free Agency than it will the DL - if we bring in Lehman we can move Crowell to WLB or bring in Caleb Miller. If not I have a suspision we will go with Ellison and won't be surprised to see us drafting Sean Lee in 2009.

I'd like to see us nab Justin King on Day2 - he was acquitted of his legal problems and will be a solid player.

R1 (Trade down 22-31) Pat Sims
R2 (ours) Dre Moore
R2 (extra) Adarius Bowman
R3 John Carlson
R3 Justin King

I think Kelly will end up making a better pro than Lee Evans.

I hear you on that one. Matt Ryan is going to b a huge bust. Every highlight I saw him in but a couple he was throwing a pick. I do have to admit I dont watch a ton of college football, but when I did see him play I was not impressed t all.
