unfortunately one of the ones they didn't get was against the team ahead of us for that 8th playoff spot. If this were November or if we were in 7th playoff position this would be great news- instead, they're going to have to sustain that level for the next month and a half and beat the division opponents just to get in.

It's total Buffalo Bills syndrome- they're going on a hell of a run but only AFTER digging themselves into an insurmountable hole. The city's quality franchise is copying the crappy franchise instead of the other way around.

I really don't think they need to maintain that high of a level. Not with the games in hand with many of the teams that are close by.

well they will not need to be that high but they will need to keep up at a high level and win some games against teams like Boston that are going to be playing for that last spot.
