16:00 PT: The AP reports former Florida State WR Talman Gardner was arrested Monday in Tallahassee, Florida on a misdemeanor charge of marijuana possession and a felony count of possession of a concealed and loaded handgun. Officials would not immediately say whether or not he had to post bond.
