All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!

Today is many favorite Buffalo Bill, Jim Kelly's birthday, along with his son's Hunter Kelly's birthday.
I want to wish Jim a happy birthday and pray for him and his family. It has to be tough day for the Kelly family. Hunter was a fighter in every sense and now an angel in heaven .
I remember that one fateful day when Coach took me aside. I knew what was coming. "You don't have to tell me," I said. "I'm off the team, aren't I?" "Well," said Coach, "you never were really ON the team. You made that uniform you're wearing out of rags and towels, and your helmet is a toy space helmet. You show up at practice and then either steal the ball and make us chase you to get it back, or you try to tackle people at inappropriate times."
It was all true what he was saying. And yet, I thought something is brewing inside the head of this Coach.
He sees something in me, some kind of raw talent that he can mold. But that's when I felt the handcuffs go on.
So funny ... the other day I was remembering Jim Kelly's Hall of Fame speech and how he broke down when he introduced Hunter, and how I broke down while watching it on TV.
God bless Hunter.
And God bless Jim Kelly for many things, not the least for being a great advocate for the City of Buffalo and for the Buffalo Bills. Kelly's greatness on the field has been eclipsed by his greatness as a spokesman for all things Bills.
