Interesting, but according to Clumpy, the Bills have $13M in LTBE incentive money coming back, not just $6M. So the actual number could be $45M under (Clumpy had it at $40M).

A cash to cap philosophy from the year before will always have us in the top few teams cap-wise. I don't hate Ralph, but I don't kid myself for one minute that he'll spend all that loot.
