The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports that the Browns have signed Jamal Lewis to a multi-year deal. Lewis and his agent are thought to be headed to Indianapolis to sign the deal, which could be announced this afternoon. It's thought to be a two-year deal with an option for a third, but we'll update as we know more.
