John Clayton, of ESPN.com, reports Minnesota Vikings WR Troy Williamson has been given permission by the team to shop himself in a trade. According to Williamson's agent, David Canter, 14 teams have been contacted, and eight have shown interest enough to reach out to the Vikings about a possible trade. Canter would like to have a trade agreed upon prior to the start of the free agency period.

Over 6ft, and catching is a skill that can be taught ... Chambers had this problem coming out of Wisconsin

The Bills don't want to take on his contract, he is way over paid. We will wait till he is cut or renogotiates his contract.

Umm.... pass!

You can teach running proper routes, -but catching the ball isnt something that's taught. You either have the skill or you dont.

And Chambers still sucks.

Its the mechanics of receiving the ball - like you would teach someone to catch in baseball, in cricket, in rugby?

A most common problem is the incorrect position of the hands and this is a skill which is often ingored.

Players often cradle catch the ball, or have their hands incorrectly positioned when receiving the ball at different angles. A WR coach, focusing on the problems, would quickly alleviate the problem.

If you were right, we'd be seeing alot more WRs and alot less CB's (to me, alot of CB's are just WRs who cant catch the ball that well).
