Steven M. Ross of New York and Palm Beach has purchased 50 percent of the Dolphins, the team announced Friday. Wayne Huizenga will remain the Managing General Partner. Huizenga had long been searching for a partner to help own the struggling franchise. This is what I wish Ralph would do!

Ralph should sell 50% of the Bills to someone in Toronto. And the Bills can play 4 games a year there. Upon Ralph's passing, the remaining 50% will be sold to the same guy and then he can move the Bills to Toronto.

/sarcasm off

Or maybe the other 50% can be sold to Jim Kelly or Tom Golisano. They are popular choices around here to buy the Bills. And Buffalo can keep 4 games per year.

I thought the NFL had to have a majority owner. Who would be the majority owner in this case? Is it that simple to evade that rule by just giving Huizenga a title?

The good thing is that Ross is a fan of the team, so the Fins will stay put.
