Arkansas RB Darren McFadden ran an unofficial 4.27 forty at the NFL Combine Sunday. Hello. McFadden was considering not running in the weeks leading up to the Combine, but it's good he did. For perspective, Adrian Peterson ran 4.40 and 4.37 times last year. If McFadden's time stands, he and Appalachian State WR Dexter Jackson will have posted the fastest 40s at the Combine so far.

Originally posted by VeggieMan14Didnt mendenhall still run a 4.44 at what 15 lbs heavier. I dont think that McFadden is definately the top RB but he is definately in the talks for it. I think Jonathan Stewart ran a 4.44 at 25lbs heavier than mcfadden as well. There is definately room for discussion among those threeCOMING SOON...
