Geez, if we want a big, fat, useless guy, why don't we just bring back Mike Williams?
Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?

      No thank you.

      Also on the same page..

Crumpler told the paper he has seven teams he may meet with: Green Bay, Buffalo, Detroit, Seattle, Carolina, Tampa Bay and Tennessee.

Actually, he might be good for playing backup. He's got real experience and might do better than Kirk Chambers did last year. We don't have much depth for our Oline and they just released Merz, and I'm not sure what they are going to do with Whittle...experience is something we lack in our depth.

I thought of the backup angle too, but I think he'll want starter money.

And to think back then when Denny Green was trying to extort us out of a trade for Travis Henry and a pick!! That bastard!

I don't want anyone that's been tainted by Miami.

Considering that LJ Shelton was a starting O-lineman whereas prior to signing here Chambers last appeared on an NFL roster in 2005 I'd say LJ is a better player. I'd definitely welcome LJ to be a primary backup.
