Is this guy a cheapshot piece of **** or what? Three roughing penalties plus his trademark suckerpunch from behind last night.:cynic:

It should be getting his ass kicked every night. He isn't big at all and the Sabres can't be the only team he is an ******* to.

Buffalo Sabres' 11th round choice ( 272nd overall) in the 1993 NHL Entry Draft.
played 2 gms for the Sabres 95-96 then in 97-98 played 3 gms. but he spent almost his whole time he was here playing in Rochester.

I remember him from Rochester. He is a tiny guy but played with a lot of heart. I think he was traded to Edmonton and I feel due to his size or lack thereof he tries to resort to these tactics to help stick in the league. He didn't do that in Rochester.
He definitely has turned into a punk. To throw the cheapshots out is pure bush league. He didn't even fight back against Goose until the referee got between them. Class A ******* move..

Scott Nichol (born December 31, 1974 in Edmonton, Alberta) is a professional ice hockey player who currently plays for the Nashville Predators of the NHL.

Nichol was drafted in the 11th round, 272th overall by the Buffalo Sabres in the 1993 NHL Entry Draft.

Nichol has represented the Buffalo Sabres, Calgary Flames and Chicago Blackhawks during his NHL career. During the NHL lockout season of 2004-05, Nichol played for the London Racers in the British Elite Ice Hockey League, scoring 28 points in 24 games.

On December 21, 2006, Nichol made headlines when he blindsided Buffalo Sabres defenceman Jaroslav Spacek with a punch to the head, after he thought Spacek made a dirty hit on him. The act earned Nichol a 9-game suspension.

On December 3, 2007, he was suspended for five games for cross-checking Montreal Canadiens forward Patrice Brisebois in the back of the head in a game December 1. Nichol was declared a repeat offender under the terms of the NHL Collective Bargaining Agreement.

He might be one of the biggest p**sies I've ever seen play hockey! Someday, somebody will take care of him and I hope I see it!
