The Raiders signed Tommy Kelly for 7 Yrs/$50M, $18M guaranteed:

I'm surprised he got that much money considering he is coming off ACL surgery, but he is a good young player. He is really versatile and does a lot of things well, and can hold up on the LOS to double-teams.

I thought with the ACL some team was going to be able to steal him for shorter money.

Yeah, I just saw this...$50 mill for this guy? Holy ****! I don't feel so bad about Kelsay now. You can see the market is getting BLOWN up with this rising salary cap crap! It's only getting worse from here.

It is a surprise he got that much money, especially considering the ACL. However, he is a real good player, a real up-and-coming talent.

Add DT to CB and LT on the list of positions where the Bills will never be competitive again. We simply can't afford it. Once Peters leaves/retires, we will have 3 perennial weak spots on this team.

good point but unfortunately this stupid move affects us because they just set the market price for DT's and probably put guys like Stroud and McFarland out of our price range (not that either of those guys are Pat Williams, but they're both better than what we have).
